About Nantucket Dance Festival

The Nantucket Dance Festival Benefit Performance raises money for year-round dance offerings on Nantucket.

Funds raised from our Festivals in 2023 & 2024 went to:

Weekly dance classes at the Nantucket Boys and Girls Club
Intergenerational movement workshops like 'Poetry in Motion' in collaboration with the Nantucket Atheneum
$10,000 in scholarships for dance students pursuing summer dance programs off-island
Guest Artist Residencies
Creation of the NDT Youth Performance Company
Enhanced production elements for The Nantucket Nutcracker - a production featuring 150 local kids
